So, Hi. It's Megan. And I think it's fair that I got a few questions.

With this game, I'm coming in with the assumption that Balance in it's initial conception is just done? Everyone poofed and that's that? And I guess I'm wondering what happened there if anything? I'm not looking for drama or anything like that, just clearing up some confusion.

And I guess that leads to my second question is that this game isn't coming from a motivation of spite or anything like that? But an honest desire to continue the fun and enjoyment from the previous game. Because I do have an interest in contuinuing/completing Roxas's arc but I don't want to be entering into an environment where we're all just spiteful that things didn't turn out.

Hi there! Thank you for coming to us with these questions. They're both fair and, we think, questions that several people will have. Given that these questions are relevant to the game at large, we are going to unscreen this answer, but of course we won't unscreen the question unless you give your permission.

Your first question — is Balance RP over, and what happened — is one that unfortunately we don't have the answer to. We don't have any information regarding Balance RP that isn't already public knowledge.

The second thing you wanted to know is whether this game is intended to come from a place of spite. The answer is absolutely no. Our intentions and motivations are the same as those you've listed here: a desire to finish character arcs and to play more in the space created by Balance RP. Everyone who is working together to create Imaginary Island is doing so because Balance means something uniquely special to us and was an RP experience we've never had before. Our goal is to create an environment that continues and extends that positive experience. The absolute last thing we want to do is sour memories of a game that meant so much to so many people.

We hope this answers your questions, but feel free to ask for additional clarification if we haven't covered everything. Again, thank you very much for taking the initiative to ask these questions and for taking the time to drop us a line.

Hey mods! This is Lucifine. My first character during the OG run of Balance was Mia Fey, but I was able to add in Spike Spiegel at the last app round.

He participated fairly regularly alongside Mia Fey in Thay & was a part of the CTA, where he and Mira defended Rainer and reclaimed her Relic.

Should he be allowed in, I'd like to continue Spike on his path toward being an Engineer and accepting that he can change his own future as well as those of others.

If that's alright, I'd like the go-ahead to claim him as my second character in this round of Balance.
