Don't worry too much about it if you can't find it.
[He could also just be a lot clearer about these instructions, but it doesn't seem like he's going to be. He turns away from Papyrus to start setting up his mis en place, drawing technically-not-his-hands dramatically outward in a pose before he does so.]
Well? Get on with it, then, we've got a cooking show to make happen.
[when did this become a show]

Yeah! I'll let people know!
[He darts off with that, and without waiting for Taako's' feedback on whether they need a live audience. If the ex-umbrella really doesn't went watchers, well, more people can get the Miso Fou treatment.
For now, Papyrus dashes up through the Boardwalk in search of fish shops and/or sailors, the people most professionally likely to be offering jellyfish... for cooking, he thinks? It's a little ambiguous what the point of the jellyfish is. A hat might be work too.
With that looming countdown in his mind, if people seem resistant to selling or trading, Papyrus may lean on the power of Friendship to try and nudge them his way. He's only extremely recognizable as a living skeleton, after all.]

Elderflower MacaronsCooking With Taako SidequestDC: 15
+3 The Great Assistance of the Talented Chef Taako Himself
= 17 +3 = 20]
Papyrus's quest to find the "ingredients" he's looking for goes very well indeed. Luckily for him, it looks like animalians are no strangers to eating jellyfish! They even offer him a few recipes for jellyfish salad. Somehow, some of them even agree to come see the show.
It looks like that's a good thing too, as Taako really has accumulated quite the audience. Papyrus can't be blamed if he isn't able to recognize Taako at first; he's cast an illusionary spell on himself to make him look like a real, living elf.
After getting Papyrus's attention and explaining that yes, he is in fact still that ex-umbrella'd elf (and that no, by no means was Taako performing in front of a crowd without a lick of makeup even if he had to make the complexion himself, he has an image to maintain), Taako demands Papyrus serve as his sous chef on the show and brings him on without warning.
The animalians actually... seem a little surprised by the demonstration, but the crowd plays along.
Taako is long-winded and self-congratulatory, something Papyrus would know nothing about, certainly. he spends a good minute introducing himself, and then Papyrus, who he realizes right on 'stage' he's never asked the name of prior. With that out of the way, Taako calls for the ingredients.
There's beauty in simplicity, Taako claims, as he describes the recipe for a perfect Macaron. The ingredient portions are the real star of the show, however.
Three egg whites, aged, preferably—
He tosses the egg-shaped stones from one hand to the other, casting a spell as he catches them, and they are no longer stones at all but real non-animalian chicken eggs. He cracks them into a bowl he'd placed out before, separating the yolks from the whites.
One cup almond flour, one teaspoon salt— and reserve half of that for later— and one-half cup of powdered sugar—
Taako pours different measurements of sand into a bowl at this part, but when they hit the other ingredients, they aren't sand anymore. They're transfigured into sugar, almond flour, and salt.
The final transfigured ingredient comes after the cookies are fully prepared, at which point Taako places the jellyfish on the counter. He picks it up between two fingers, drops it into a jar, stirs it with a spoon, and just like that, the jellyfish is no longer fish at all. It's elderflower jelly, which Taako sandwiches between the prepared cookies as he claims to the audience that preserves, not buttercream, are the superior macaron filling.
The show winds down with a few more self-congratulatory remarks, but Taako doesn't end filming without thanking Papyrus for his help in paring their kitchen. He hands Papyrus a bag with quite a few elderflower macarons and shoos him away, claiming he feels a nap coming on.
Papyrus has received Elderflower Macarons from a Centuries Old Recipe.
