[Shinjiro's memories are still patchy, but he definitely remembers the umbrella yeeting him several feet into the air the first time he ever tried to touch it, so he's sure to give it a wide berth when it first zooms past him. When it doubles back, though...and loops around his wrist rather than launching him in any weird directions, he's squinting at it suspiciously, but he does ... carefully follow where he's led.]

The weird thing is, the umbrella doesn't really hook in his hand as much as it does his wrist-- and when Shinjiro pipes up, the umbrella actually flips upward again, fast, almost striking his face.

Almost.

But it doesn't! Instead it goes back to tugging, tugging, tugging. It's definitely leading him toward the entrance to Miso Fou's kitchen, and Miso Fou doesn't seem to notice, or mind if he notices.

In fact, Miso Fou is already cooking something, and there's just kind of some Nameless Ground Meat in a lump already beside a cooking board on the counter. Is... is that a mise en place?
