GACHA REWARDS

Worry not, adventurers! A new land doesn't mean that Fantasy Costco cannot serve you. Earn coins to purchase hopefully-useful items from the new and improved Fantasy Costco brand Vending Machine! There are two modes to the Vending Machine: Gacha Rewards (random) and Regain Rewards. Gacha rewards cost 1 coin each and you may roll for a gacha up to three times a month. Rolling will give you a random reward out of the list below. If you'd rather not leave it up to chance, put two coins in the machine to collect a small (palm-size to beach ball size) non-magical regain or three coins for a limited power magical regain of the same size. Approvals are granted on a case-by-case basis. How do you earn coins, you ask? Just like there are two reward tiers, there are two ways to earn coins, but all coins are valid for either a Gacha or Regain reward. The first way to earn coins is through your activity. While activity is not required to continue playing on the island, you can submit threads to the activity page to earn gacha coins. Submit up to 3 threads of 5+ comments each to cash in those rewards and give the crank a turn! There's another way to earn coins, however; if you earn a coin from a roll thread or NPC interaction, you may submit that coin comment for a chance as well.

If you do not consume the meaty treat, you take 3d6 psychic damage and eating any other meat causes you to gain the poisoned condition until you draw another card and consume the meaty treat. After you consume a meaty treat from this deck, you cannot gain the benefit of consuming another until you finish a long rest.

This is a common whistle, except that when blown it makes no noise. After 1 minute has passed, a dog will be summoned (as per the spell Summon Nature's Ally).

1. This dog may or may not obey the commands of anyone, whistleblower or otherwise.
2. When the whistle is blown again, it disappears
3. If it is attacked, it disappears. Prior to disappearing, it will mark its territory (possible on a PC or NPC, a ranged touch attack with a range of 5 feet and a +1 bonus to hit).
4. If the dog is killed, it disappears and cannot appear for 1 week

The Hole Thrower resembles a wooden slingshot with intricate etching in the handle. It can put a perfectly cylindrical tunnel (visible, from the perspective of the thrower, as a perfectly circular hole) into any non-living, non-magical object or barrier. You point the Hole Thrower at what you wanna put a hole in, then roll a d10 and the hole’s diameter and depth is that many feet, whatever you roll.

Regain Details: Papyrus' cellphone! Modern monster cellphones in Undertale include a couple of regular features like:
- texting
- camera
- an app for the monster social network of Undernet
- dimensional boxes (limited hammer space).
I think it's safe to say that the phone is offline, so it has saved texts and photos, and maybe a tab of Undernet shenanigans.
The hammerspace feature is why I'm calling this a magical regain. If it's best nerfed to only a couple slots, or some other kind of limitation, I'm down for that.
(Unlike the most up-to-date phone that Frisk receives, Papyrus' model does not include a jetpack. Tragically.)

Hitting a button on the phone gives Papyrus a 1ftx1ft opening to put his items through into the Dimensional Box. We leave it up to you what exactly that looks like!

Regain Details: After seeing Papyrus get his phone back, Sans would like his, too. It works the same way as Papyrus's cell phone, with texting, photos, apps that won't work here because they are nowhere near the Undernet's wifi range (though maybe some of the games like monster flappy bird will work, but nothing actually useful), and the dimensional box access which makes it magical.
