Claims

CLAIMS
Claims will open on Friday, July 3 in preparation for game start on Friday, July 10, after which they will stay open indefinitely. All applications received after game start should receive a response within 72 hours. There is a character cap of 40 and a cast cap of 6.Character cap: 24/40
- There are no reserves — first come, first served.
- In the event of two claims for the same character, preference will always be given to the version played in Balance RP.
- Players have 72 hours to submit revisions. If they fail to do so within that time period, their claim will be rejected and they will have to wait 1 week to resubmit their claim.
- Each player can have a maximum of two characters. However, if you would like to claim a second character, please check with us here first!
- Claims will remain open until the conclusion of the first arc of Imaginary Island, after which time they will close for plot reasons. More concrete dates will be made available as the first arc progresses, but this time frame is anticipated to be about 1.5-2 months (meaning claims will close around the end of August or beginning of September 2020).

Age: Apparent age is somewhere in his mid-20s. Real age is up in the multi-thousands.

Character ability: Sticking to the one I got in balance, Divine Construct, which is a hybrid of Racial Bits and Magic Bits. Deets included in case it needs to be rebalanced for new mods
Racial Bits:
- Pings as Celestial to any skills/magic related to sensing that (like Divine Sense)
- Designate one person as a Master (Master gives magic power to the Piece, in exchange for the Piece's servitude. Gain permanent mental connection akin to Ceremony sans the wounds-sharing part. Use it to boss your piece around cause they cant talk smack)
Magical Bits:
- damage dealt to mp bar before hp bar- Does not react to any damage taken up to the limit of whatever magic is powering him (Master if in a Contract, or the Bracer if not)
- Still takes damage and can die from injuries; it's more just Not Dying + resillience.
- All healing is reduced by half. A maximum of 25% of max hp recovered via magic healing per day (ie, only one cleric spell actually works per day, further heals have no effect; anyone using said healing skills can sense that it's Not Working Right)
Tldr, best tank your rpg party will ever have, but has a one week cooldown (because he will probably die for it)
Inventory: Realtalk I am paying for my hubris because I never finished an actual inventory list before Island started so just go off whatevers here and if I forgot to add something then w/e

Advanced Path: Dark Knight
Why this path?: A mix of the Silvanus subplot arcing Will into Warlock and Dark Knight being metal as hell. But it still fits in for narrative reasons in the best and worst ways. Physically, Will's body is just a vessel so the magic jar skill is Oh Must Be Tuesday. From the character development side, Will is technically a fallen angel now which always results in Bad Things. Such as, say the Darkside visual affects or the Everything About Blight.
