Are these checks rolled openly in the mod plurk, where people following that account could see, or are they rolled in secret and the mods get back to the players with the answer - maybe by tagging into the thread with the mod account?

Also, I'm looking at Warlock for Papyrus, and I was hoping for a clarification: What the heck does the Force Distrust action do? I read the name, and think that it makes people doubt and distrust each other or something... But the description sounds more like a minor reality-bending power, shaping the circumstances to something a little more like the warlock wants. And either way, it's some kind of distortion that offends the gods and is noticeable to people with divine powers. Am I reading way too much into it?
