So, essentially: Yes, and it's not hard to find, but you'll need to take it from decorations. The Animalians themselves get nothing from it (biology and all), and if you try to ask about some kind of recreational drug, they'll give you a catnip equivalent that...probably won't do much for you. You'll have to do some experimenting if you want to get truly blazed.
