Hi mods! Just sliding in here to ask if I can count Ogata's skill with guns as a canon ability of some sort? Basically instead of having to slot him into Engineer for his advanced path given a bunch of it (like some of the trick shots) he should already be able to do? It's not a supernatural or magical ability of course but like, for example his professed effective headshot range is about 980 feet which already puts him past the 800 feet the Ranger skill Sniper grants him.

I'm not sure exactly what the mechanics of this would be but??? Let me know what y'all think.
