It's fine to assume that your character still has items from the QoH event or from after that event. Our only request would be that if the item in question has a magical power of some kind, that you run it by us so we can quickly verify that it's not game-breaking in any way. It's very unlikely that it would be, but just in case!

The cloak in question is a-okay to assume Sayori has or to use as a later regain.
